Memberships are billed monthly and are designed to support a consistent skincare regimen while ensuring ongoing access to all member benefits. Skipping or pausing a membership is not part of the standard policy; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the BPS team to discuss your options.
Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that month’s included treatment, depending on the situation. It’s best to provide as much notice as possible to reschedule and retain your benefits.
Yes. Blackhawk Platinum and Elite members receive $500 off surgical procedures with a minimum spend of $5,000. This applies to single or combined procedures performed on one surgery date, and can be scheduled for a future date as long as you're an active member at the time of surgery.
Yes! If you are not able to come in for your monthly HydraFacial, you may gift it to a friend or family member. Additionally, gift cards or other promotions may be available separately—please inquire with the BPS team for options.
