We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 fee. Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. It is the patient’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur and will take these situations into consideration when appropriate. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future scheduling.
